Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra & Pranayama

This course will support you in deep relaxation, meditative self enquiry and may open the doorway to a more intimate connection with your True Nature.
Dates: 18 October – 29 November (Saturdays)
Note: No class 1 November (Cup Day weekend)
Time: 12 noon – 1:15pm
Venue: Yarrunga Community Centre, Croydon Hills
Cost includes live training, recorded content for home practice plus course workbook. You will also get access to the full program via my Radiant Wellbeing app. You are invited to share feedback and ask any questions regarding the practice and your experience in the Community section within the app.
Each session will include:
- centring breathing practice
- gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness and meditation
- 30 minute guided iRest yoga nidra practice
The iRest approach has been the subject of significant research and found valuable in the treatment of insomnia, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management and chronic pain. iRest nourishes qualities such as peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving kindness towards yourself and others.
