Each class is designed to Nourish your body, mind and heart.

Explore gentle movement (yoga asana & somatics) to support mobility, flexibility, stability and strength. Through breath centred movement we support mindfulness and regulation of the nervous system. You are encourage to practice in a way that meets where you are in each moment.  In this way you learn to respond with kindness first to yourself, and then to others and the work around you.

Each class includes a guided relaxation, gentle movement, directed breathing practices (pranayama), chanting and a meditation.
