Week 2 ~ Importance of Sleep and spending time Outdoors

Find a deeper sense of calm, ground and presence through spending time outdoors.
Week 3 ~ What takes you out of Balance?
Notice your tendencies as you move away from Balance. Understand the importance of self enquiry in supporting your wellbeing from moment to moment so you can respond to yourself, others and life in a kind and harmonious way.
Week 4 ~ Lifestyle medicine to support your Wellbeing
Discover daily routines of self care for maintaining good health and balance in your life. Dinacharya, aims to align your internal rhythm with the rhythms of nature for optimal physical and mental wellbeing.
Week 5 ~ Find a Calmer YOU through Sound
The yoga of sound (mantra) helps to calm the mind, increase concentration, and purify the body and mind. Using focussed attention on desired qualities can create positive change in your life.
Week 6 ~ Living from Radical Acceptance
Enjoy living from a place of ease and freedom as you learn to meet whatever life brings to your table.
Week 7 ~ Sankalpa & Introduction to iRest meditation
Enjoy deep relaxation and meditative self enquiry to open the doorway to a more intimate connection with your self, others and life. Discover your heart’s calling; what gives your life meaning and purpose.
Week 8 ~ Body of Breath
Working with and observing the breath to support a well regulated nervous system.
Week 9 ~ Messengers from the Body
Learn to recognise feelings & emotions as messengers from the body and mind and how to meet whatever arises with compassion and openness. This attitude of welcoming, naturally gives rise to clearer perception and harmonious appropriate action.
Week 10 ~ Messengers from the Mind
Learn to recognise thoughts, images & beliefs as messengers from the Mind. Explore tools that support greater perspective and integration of limiting beliefs.
Week 11 ~ Joy & Gratitude
Experience joy, gratitude or OKness as wellbeing and ease in the body. Discover ways to uncover joy as a natural antidote to stress.
Week 12 ~ Integration into Daily Living
Learn how to integrate the teachings and practices over the past 12 weeks into everyday life. Meeting each moment from a place of centre and ground. Learn to ride the changing circumstances of life with tools that are always available to you. Feel empowered to meet whatever life brings to your table from an inner resource of strength and resilience.
