Guided relaxations/meditations

These guided relaxations have been recorded live in class.

Find a comfortable position on the floor, supporting behind the knees and head if required with a bolster, rolled up blanket or cushion. Ideally the forehead is above the chin, this will help the thinking mind relax while lengthening the back of the neck. Make sure you are warm, perhaps a blanket or shawl over the body.
